There are four different barrel styles from which to choose when selecting terminals. All the styles are made from the finest electrolytic copper and are electro-tin plated for maximum corrosion resistance.

		Non-Insulated Brazed Barrel This barrel style is made with a special silver alloy brazed seam. The seam cannot possibly open under any condition of stress or wire pull. It accommodates solid or stranded wire. WIRE RANGE: 22 to 4/0 AWG.
		Vinyl Insulated This barrel style features a rigid PVC insulation sleeve permanently attached to the terminal.It features a funnel wire entry for easy wire insertion. RATED: 600V OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE: –67°F To 221°F (-55°C To 105°C) WIRE RANGE: 22 to 10 AWG.
		Nylon Insulated This barrel style is the ultimate in high performance terminal design and construction. The plated brass sleeve strengthens the barrel and secures the wire to protect against stress and high vibration. A permanently attached color coded nylon insulating sleeve extends beyond the metal support sleeve. Funnel wire entry makes for easy wire insertion. RATED: 300V OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE: –67°F To 221°F (-55°C To 105°C) WIRE RANGE: 26 to 10 AWG.
		Large Gauge: Nylon Insulated: Funnel Entry This barrel style is designed specifically for larger wire applications. The color coded barrel is formed by applying a permanent, rigid, color coded nylon insulating sleeve to the barrel. The insulation has an expanded, funnel entrance into the wire barrel that eliminates wire strand “hang up” and increases wire termination. It also features a brazed seam.
